Purchase processing
3D Bero purchases use Dodo Payments hosted checkout. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and processes the commercial transaction. Any refund request will be handled through the applicable Dodo process and consumer rights, alongside the final 3D Bero refund policy when published.
Effect on the license
When a one-time purchase is successfully refunded, the associated Dodo-issued license key is disabled. The purchaser must stop using the software and remove activated installations after a refund.
